Ideal recovery after high-altitude hikes and lake walks
Experience story
Restore body and mind with Songtsam SPA at Linka Basomtso, the lodge's in-house spa beside Basum Lake (Basong Tso) in Nyingchi. After days of high-altitude hiking up the gorge streams, lake-circuit pilgrim trails or yak-pasture walks, unwinding treatments help ease tired muscles and aid acclimatisation to the thinner mountain air. With the sacred lake and the snow peaks of the Nyenchen Tanglha foothills just outside, it is an unhurried way to slow down and recover within the wider Songtsam experience. Available 12:30-21:00 daily. Please book at the Front Desk Activity Concierge.
