Villa Praison is a sea-view, exclusive-use villa in Layan, Phuket, near Banana Beach and Trisara. The two-storey property has a private 12.5-metre pool, indoor and outdoor living areas and a games room with a pool table.
Choose between two rental configurations of the same villa: four main bedrooms for a standard group of 8 guests, or the same four bedrooms plus a children’s bunk room for up to 8 adults and 8 children. The higher-priced bunk-room configuration opens an additional room; it is not a separate villa or a free upgrade. Three main bedrooms have king beds and one has twin beds that can be arranged as a king. Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom. The children’s room uses a communal poolside bathroom.
Private chef service is included during standard villa-team hours (08:00–21:00); breakfast, food and drinks are additional. Groceries are generally billed at cost plus a 20% handling fee. Minimum shopping charges, VAT and additional staff charges may also apply; request the complete itemised dining cost before confirming meals. Give the team at least 24 hours’ notice. The supplied menu limits a meal to 8 dishes excluding rice, and groups above 14 diners may require an assistant or second chef at extra cost; confirm arrangements for your group. The indoor dining area seats 12 and the outdoor dining area seats 6.
Stay length and availability. Minimum stays depend on your dates: 2 nights in normal/shoulder seasons; 4 nights during 12–18 December 2026, 5–12 February 2027, 21 March–5 April 2027, 13–19 April 2027 and 12–18 December 2027; 7 nights during 19 December 2026–3 January 2027 and 19–31 December 2027. A stay spanning both Christmas and New Year requires 10 nights. Dates beyond the published schedule and any exceptions require written confirmation before booking. This is an enquiry-based stay; availability and the complete price are confirmed in writing before booking. Published supplier rates are in USD per villa per night, plus 17.7% tax and service charges. Weddings and organised events are not permitted under the published property rate conditions.
Payment and arrival. Standard supplier terms require a 30% reservation deposit and the balance at least 30 days before arrival. Bookings confirmed within 30 days of arrival require full payment on confirmation. Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year normally require a 50% reservation deposit and the balance at least 60 days before arrival. The written booking confirmation determines the applicable terms. A separate refundable damage deposit may be required; its amount and collection arrangements are confirmed before payment. Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00; early arrival or late departure depends on availability and may incur a charge. The supplier requires comprehensive travel and health insurance.
