Minimum stay and dates

  • Normally 2 nights in normal and shoulder seasons; 4 nights in high season, 7 nights in peak season and 10 nights when spanning Christmas and New Year.
  • 2027 high season: 5–12 February, 21 March–5 April, 13–19 April and 1 July–31 August. Peak: 1–11 January and 19–31 December.
  • The applicable dates, exceptions and total price must be confirmed in the quotation.

Guest arrangements

  • Five main bedrooms plus an optional children’s room. The full configuration is for 10 adults and 6 children; approved extra adult beds are separate. The children’s room is for ages 12 and under, shares a bathroom with the garden bedroom, and cannot be booked alone.
  • For 3- or 4-bedroom stays, the children’s room is an optional addition at USD 100++ per night, subject to confirmation.

Before booking

  • Rates are quoted per villa per night in USD; published supplier rates are subject to 17.7% tax and service charges. The final quotation controls the full amount.
  • Confirm the reservation prepayment schedule, any separate refundable damage deposit, and the cancellation terms before payment.
  • Events, weddings, outside visitors and professional services require separate written approval and quotation.
