Meals and extra charges

- Groceries are charged at cost plus a 25% shopping fee, with a minimum shopping charge of THB 300, plus 7% VAT. Confirm the itemised total.
- Order at least 24 hours ahead. Meals are normally served family-style, with up to 8 dishes excluding rice. More than 14 diners require additional help or a second chef at extra cost.
Minimum stay and dates
- 2026: normally 2 nights. High and peak periods require 5 nights (1 July–31 August, 5–13 October and 16–31 December).
- The supplied Headland schedule covers 2026. Obtain the applicable minimum stay and rates for later dates in writing.
Before booking
- Rates are quoted per villa per night in USD; published supplier rates are subject to 17.7% tax and service charges. The final quotation controls the full amount.
- Confirm the reservation prepayment schedule, any separate refundable damage deposit, and the cancellation terms before payment.
- Events, weddings, outside visitors and professional services require separate written approval and quotation.
