Space to unwind

  • Order meals at least 24 hours ahead. The supplied menu allows up to 8 dishes per meal, excluding rice. Groups above 14 diners require an additional helper or chef at extra cost.
  • Dining is normally family-style. The factsheet lists 12 indoor seats and 18 outdoor seats; confirm your group’s setup.

Dates and rates

  • Published supplier rates are in USD per villa per night, plus 17.7% tax and service charges. Availability and the total price are confirmed by quotation.
  • Normal and shoulder periods: normally 2 nights. High-season dates in 2027 require 4 nights: 5–12 February, 21 March–5 April, 13–19 April and 1 July–31 August.
  • Christmas and New Year minimum stays require written confirmation: published sources differ. The supplier rate sheet lists 7-night peak stays and 10 nights when spanning both Christmas and New Year. Do not assume the 2-night base minimum applies.

Payment and booking

  • Standard supplier terms: 30% reservation deposit; balance at least 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment on confirmation.
  • Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year: normally a 50% reservation deposit, with the balance at least 60 days before arrival. The written confirmation determines the applicable schedule.
  • A separate refundable damage deposit may be required. Confirm its amount and collection arrangements before payment.
  • Comprehensive travel and health insurance is required by the supplier.

Events

  • Weddings, gatherings and organised events require separate approval, a current event quotation and applicable event terms. Event capacity is not overnight occupancy.
